The house belonging to a foreign family, was the most severely affected by the landslide.
Luckily, no one was injured as the family was believed to have moved out after noticing cracks in the building recently.
The residents of 88 other homes and shoplots nearby were also ordered to be evacuated following the incident which started from 6pm.

KAPIT: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak knows what to do for the Orang Ulu community as he had vast experiences in assisting the Orang Asli people in his parliamentary constituency of Pekan.
Hulu Rajang MP Datuk Billy Abit Joo said he believed Najib would implement more development programmes for the Orang Ulu people, especially those in Belaga, if he were given the mandate to lead the country again in the impending general election.
“Our Prime Minister knows how to assist the rural folks as he had done it in his own parliamentary consitutency of Pekan for the Orang Asli people who are very similar to the Orang Ulu folks in Belaga,” he said at the ‘Pesta Ria Kaum Ibu BEM (Borneo Evangelical Mission)’ of Uma Bakah in Sungai Asap recently.

DILI: The UN ends its peacekeeping mission in East Timor today after 13 years of boots on the ground in Asia’s youngest nation following a bloody transition to independence.
The mission, which saw the presence of some 1,500 UN troops and police, will take down its flag and send home the last of its peacekeepers, including five Portuguese officers, while a “liquidation team” of 79 will remain to tie up loose ends.
The mission began withdrawing troops in earnest in October when national police resumed responsibility for security, following the peaceful election of a new president and parliament
